Default what is this part
i took off the fuel rail covers and this piece is the cone thats disenegrating, its a vacume hose connecting to a plastic cone shaped something then theres 2 other hoses conected to it, coming from the passenger side intake towards the end, any suggestions would help. Thanks Frank 1996ce

thanks, that solved my problem, no more air coming thru the top and bottom vents.
