Default Code 32 previous experience anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has trouble shot Code 32 issue? Service engine light came on today while the Mrs was driving "Scab". Code came up as 12,12,12,32,32,32,12,12,12. Going to go through the service manual instructions for code32 and see how that works. Just wondering if anyone else has been through this and what they ended up finding.
Ooooops, its a stock 86, with about 112,600km (68,000 miles) on the Odometer.

I call it Scab because the paint is full of wide scratches and stone chips from previous owner(s) lots of ""Scabs"" lol, only had it 2 weeks.

Haven't had a 32 yet, so all I can offer are the diagnostics.

Examine the EGR sensor (1pc - pn# 14087415)
located in the shielded tube that enters the intake
manifold on the passenger side near the distributor.

Mine felt loose where the wire enters the ceramic
core and on inspection, the threaded insert had
begun to come out. (The hood release cable for the
passenger side was routed right beside the sensor
and may have put pressure on the connector each
time the hood was opened.) Replacement of the
sensor takes about five minutes: disconnect the
sensor wire, use a box end wrench to remove the
old one and then reverse these steps to insert the
new sensor.

This tip about the sensor is credited to Gordon Killebrew,
of "For Your Car Inc".
It is mentioned in one of his
publications - "Top 50 Questions From Corvette Owners
and Dealers" Either Vol 1 or Vol 2.

His products and trouble-shooting service are invaluable
resources for C4 owners.

My intermittent 32 ended up being the EGR switch. I had read several posts stating if it's an intermittent 32, 95% of the time it is the switch...worked for me.

I had this in mine and it was the switch, there is a procedure for troubleshooting it and it is not hard to do, someone has it on their website, 65Z01 or something like that. As someone said though, it is usually the switch, it isn't that much money, easy to replace, the hardest part is connecting the wire which goes down behind the distributor, I contemplated just splicing into the old wire, but did it the right way.......

Mine ended up being the EGR valve. The rubber diaphragm had rotted away from engine heat.
