Something else you might be interested in are insulating sleeves to
shield the hose in the vicinity of the primaries.

Thermo-Tec and DEI offer various heat shield products.

I use Thermo-Tec's Thermo Sleeve on wires, hoses and brake lines.
Some versions need to slide over the tube or wire. One version has
a Velcro hook-&-loop seam that allows installation on existing parts.

I think forum members and other vendors should take note, this is another

I used a straight AN fitting from the top of the EOC and a 45* at the bottom of the cooler. I used AN8 line rather than AN10.

I routed the two lines from the filter up under the accessory belt, around to the front side of the structural crossmember. The top line was easy, I used an insulated "P" clip and ran it along the front of the crossmember. I angled the 45* AN fitting upward out of the cooler and routed the return line vertically along the seam where the crossmember attaches to the frame. There is a nice flat surface there for a bracket. I then ran the line across the top of the crossmember.

I don't have AC anymore, so I can't tell you if the AC lines would interfere with this routing.

Use thread sealer (or teflon tape) on the fittings into the cooler, but NOT on the AN fittings. Keep in mind you'll need a wrench sized for the AN fittings, or you can use an adjustable. They're not standard sizes.

I simply used rubber coolant hose sized slightly larger than the braided oil hose and sleeved any part of the hose that is near or mounted to the vehicle so that if it rubs from vibration the oil line will not be damaged. Be sure to protect the oil line if you are anywhere near the accessory belt or any pullies!

Don't over do it with the sleeve, however, as there is some cooling through the oil lines as well if they're exposed to the air.

I have photos of the routing, but unfortunately they're on my home PC and I'm very far from home right now...

Slalom, once you click on the attachement, when the new windows appears, click on the right bottom icon to size properly the image.
All parts# will be simply to read.

No problem. I did find a thread I posted here a few months back about the routing, but the pics don't show up anymore so that's no help.

I won't be home from China until July 7, I'm guessing you'll have it installed by then. If not, remind me and I'll send the pictures.

Here are the fittings:

Although I think Tom includes them now with the EOC radiators as many people (like me) had trouble finding them in stores.

Thank you ScaryFast,
july 7 it's so close ...
Using "USA things" here in Italy it's so "time (and money) consuming".
At july 7 I'll probably haven't the rad in my hands...

You could fudge the Itally information somewhere in the US fields. Just use MI (michigan) for the state. The shipping will not be correct but we can adjust for that.

(Milano) = MI for the postal people...
