Default CODE 36 review

I have an 89 coupe auotmatic. I read a few posts on code 36 and I am tech challenged. I did the paperclip jumper and got code 36. I had the ecm replaced with a rebuilt one about 1 1/2 yrs ago. (or so they said) The car runs good but I notice after I drive it and it's all warmed up then stop, it will stall out a few times at restart. I didn't quite understand the tech talk about the code. Can someone explain it in non tech terms. Thanks
