84 Corvette Window Regualtor
Hi,
I need to relpace the window regulator on the drivres side. I was told by a Corvette mechanic that the original ones went bad and were replaced by a better model. I have an opportunity to get a new GM Regulator that supposedly is an up graded version from the original 84 model. Does anyone know how I can tell if it is the upgraded version so I do not get ripped off. Are there specific model numbers?
My Mechanic who owens his shop wants to see me a GM replacement at over $300.00. I can get the other one for almost half of that.
