Default Fuel Cutoff..

ok i have been trying to practice my takeoffs for when i go to the trac. but when i rev it to like 2500rpm's and drop the clutch my car doesnt bogg down but almost. I can do burnouts if i rev it higher. but maybe i thought im not reving it high enough. i just wanna chirp my tires and take off. but its like cutting off. and another thing. going into my apartment parking lot theres a little hill i have to go up. i was in first gear and JUST let the clutch out trying to go up it and i tried to spin my tires and the fuel did the same thing. whats wrong? new injectors? i dunno. but on a flat strait away with the clutch out i can hit the gas and it doesnt do it. its fine. just certains times.

When I rev my car up to about 2000 rpm's I drop my clutch. My fuel shuts off and I have to right away put my clutch back in. I am doing this because I am practicing my launches for when I go to the track.
My car doesn't shut off, It's just sort of gasping for more fuel. I guess the next thing someone would say is ' give it more gas". But i do and it stutters more. Im asking if it coould be my injectors? Or my fuel pressure regulator? Im not sure. If I rev it higher and drop the clutch, I do a nice burnout. Should I not worry about it and bring my rpm's to a higher level, just not enough to do a burnout? Im not sure

That last comment just confirms the perception your writing skills project to others.

COULD BE many things, tank is less than half full, clogged filter, etc.etc.
start trouble shooting, and off the personal attacks at members. IBTL

I would hook up a fuel pressure gauge (available at most auto parts stores) and try your launching. You should be able to tape the gauge to the windshield well enough for a short drive.

Unless you've changed your pressure, you should see mid-high 30's psi at idle and low-mid 40's at WOT (someone correct me if I am wrong). If the pressure drops significantly when launching then you have a fuel problem - low level in the tank, plugged filter, bad pump, etc. If it stays in range, then I would look at ignition next.

And, we all make spelling and grammar mistakes but please try to proofread your posts. Trying to decipher your posts makes it more difficult to help you. Attacking respected members is not a good way to persuade people to help you, either.

This is exactly what I would do.
