It would be the heads.Fastburn are the newer techno heads over the older ZZ4 heads,which were basically stock design 88-91 Corvette D port heads.
Dont forget,the engines sold in the catalogs are based on carb numbers,not TPI or efi.With TPI or non carb,you wont make anywhere near the HP claims in the catalogs,even if ya use the same heads and cam.

With TPI you could be down 20% on carb Hp but undoubtably up in torque
Still maintain excellent bang for the $$ if you need to replace a cam in a stockish engine.
