GM Tech 1
I have still had no luck aquiring an ALDL cable for my Tech 1 scanner. I have finally located a firm that can possibly make one for me, but I need the pin out diagram of the Tech 1 to provide to them. Anyone got the pin out schematic for a Tech 1? Failing that, anyone know where a person might get it? I have tried the manufacturer, no luck. I have sent e-mails to the warranty depots, and so far no luck. I really need to find either an ALDL cable or the pin out diagram. Can anyone help me out with this?

These eBay frequently. I thought I sent you two part #'s for cables and you were also going to let me know if you bought a TECH1 or a TECH1A, they are not "pinned out" the same and use different cables.
I thought I gave you a couple good options. Your location might not be very favorable in your search. I'm not with my TECH1 so I can't help you with the number until later in the evening or Sunday! Mine is powered from the cigar lighter. There's also cables that are powered by alligator clips and "combo cables" that accept accesories!

I thought I did answer back, but I guess not. I got the Tech 1 TA01129I have tried every avenue I could come up with. Even went so far as to making a deal on a second Tech 1. Turns out it to did not have the power cable. Your absolutely right, my location hasn't been very favorable for searching for this cable. Looking at the operators manual and the parts list, the ALDL cable should be numbered TA01139. I have yet to see one of these listed on E-Bay. I even have the person I bought this unit from checking their source in the USA, so far no luck. Starting to drive me nuts. Any more ideas you have would be oh so greatly appreciated.
