Default Another modding question thread

hey, as christmas is coming soon I'm trying to plan what I want to do with the money I get and this is what I have in mind at the moment for my '86 L98.

At the moment all it has is true duals with no cats.

LT-1 Intake
TPiS camshaft(flat tappet for '86)
[
700-135-Small block
Intake Exhaust
Advertised duration 280 280
Duration at .050 224 224
Gross lift .495 .495
Lobe separation 112
]

1.6RRs
and longtube headers

I've been reading up on these over the past few months but figured I'd ask the people who know what they're doing if this would make for a good setup?

With stock heads and bottom end the camshaft you have chosen should be pretty good; I don't see a ton of RPM out of the setup but for a weekend warrior or street car you are in the ballpark.

sounds good enough to me, I'll be looking to find some 113 heads and do some porting work but thats still some ways away. Thanks.
