im installing a set of sw long tube header on my 87. the right side header tube is hitting the frame. any ideas how get it away from the frame. it the 2st tude from the front. please help, i do not what to remove it again.
Hitting the cross brace? My Hookers hit there. I had to cut off the raised corner part of the brace to clear. Without this, I could not get the header bolt holes to align.
have you called sw? i just installed some on mine this weekend and there were no fitment issues? But the guys at sw are great to deal with, and probably will have some suggestions.
