plastic insulator???
can anyone tell me what Chevrolet called this part or know where I can get one. I think it fits between the spring and column it was laying in the column when I pulled steering wheel.

It's called the snap ring horn contact retainer.

And they are very brittle, just sneeze on it and it disintegrates. I believe they are still available through GM, think that is where I got mine.
