Clarify something for me?
Hi guys i posted a while back about a few viable options for engines in my 89. When i said i was thinking about a Lt1 intake someone said it was a mini ram or something? But i thought that was another intake? Sorry guys new to the whole fuel injected deal, always dealt with a good ol carb. But anyway i have decided upon a 383 with an Lt1 for now, simply due to being a college student and i can do the machine work on the intake myself.

The LT1 and the Mini-Ram are practically the same intake as far as what the motor sees. Around 3-3 1/4" runners and similar size plenums, with similar performance. Some have said GM "knocked off" the TPI Mini...
