hi I'm getting my 93 corvette ready for summer.Got a danna 44 I'm getting ready to put in. Car already has a Borla exhaust system. I plan also 1:6 rockers and electric water pump. I want to race it once in a while with a 75 to 100 hp shot of nitrous.Other than that pretty close to stock. How do most of you set your nitrous up? I have a lot of fogger nozzles left over. Was going to set up one on each side of a 1/2" plate just behind throttle body. I've seen where people run the fuel side of nitrous system just over to stock fuel return line, tieing in to where you hook up to test fuel pressure. Is this a good idea? I was told a nitrous system should have it's own fuel pump. Also how do you set it up so nitrous doesn't start until it reaches a set rpm? I don't want to start it till I'm a ways down the track. Lingenfelter sells a rpm control unit for the c5's that would be perfect but don't know if it will work on a C4 as computer is not the same. Thanks Tim
I would invest in the Barry Grant system ,it uses a throttle body plate and be done with it.Yes you can hook into the shrader valve for the fuel most are set that way.Running that small a shot the computer should handle the motor .You can always buy a window switch.
The rule of thumb is a small drug user always wants more
I love a good shot 300 or more

I initially tried doing the dual nozzles behind the t-body, even going as far as having a plate fabricated, and setting it up, but decided instead to go with a conventional plate behind the throttle body:
This particular system is a hybrid NS/NOS wet style, and is adjustable from 50-175HP.
For fuel, I tapped off the fuel rail test port. That's all you'll need to do.
For RPM control of the system, use a digital window switch (I did).
I might add that you'll need to modify your throttle bracket (to extend the cable 1/2"), and I had to fabricate some 1/4" extension plates for the water pump (the IAC housing hit the t-stat housing when the t-body was moved 1/2" forward). Other than those minor issues, it was a bolt-on.
Good luck to you!
