not starting
I thought the battery was dead so I put a new one in. It starts when I put the battery charger on it but without it, just makes a quick noise when I turn the key and nothing else. It is not a clicking noise so I don't think it is the starter. Could it be the altinator. Thanks for any help

Check the terminals on the batt- check for corrosion on the power distribution block behing the battery- also make sure that nut is tight- mine was loose and screwed up all kinds of stuff... then stopped it from starting completely
