Corsa has NO resonance agreed however the sound is VERY different. You will either LOVE it or HATE it. You need to take the guys advice from Borla and go listen to a few different systems. The Corsa sound is not for everyone.
Loudness and Resonance are two completely different animals. I love the throaty/rumble even somewhat loud.....but I hate the resonance, and it has not a lot to do with loudness. Resonance will give you a headache in a short period of time. My pickup isn't all that loud, but it certainly has resonance and if it were at a different RPM range, I would take the system off and replace it with something else. But it is at a low enough range (12-1500) that at normal driving it doesn't really affect me much. I refused to have resonance in the Corvette, so I went with Corsa.

That is the only advantage with the Corsa is the resonance factor. I think along with that though, you sacrifice some exterior sound though. The corsa is a higher pitched raspy tone. Still sounds great, dont get me wrong... but the B&B is louder and has that deep thump rumble to it at idle and def at WOT! Its all personal preference though. The drone gets old sometimes but i dont mind it. I like to hear my car anyway!
Exotic Muscle LT headers and Random Tech high-flow cats. I absolutely love the sound! Kind of expensive....but luckily for me the previous owner did it all!
This clip does no justice. That must be stock headers and y-pipe and the 2.5" catback. My car is MUCH MUCH louder than that and sounds way better. I have the EM coated LT's, Magnaflow O/R X-pipe and full 3" B&B catback. Lucky for me, i bought the car this way as well but it sounds so good with the hotcam and everything.
Ill get a clip tomorrow so you guys can see what your missing...
Can you just buy the corsa mufflers and nothing else? I tried looking all over for them and can't find them.
Also do they come with 3" inlets? How about 3.5"?
I am going to be redoing my exhaust and can't stand the drone I get now - its SUPER bad in my car. There is so much vibration it actually cracks the stainless steel on tips of the mufflers! Its rediculous, open headers is actually less painful. Maybe I am getting old.

Corsa on sells as a complete catback and i believe they only offer a 2.5" system.

Its the Vette setup but I believe you can buy universal mufflers from them, more likely to have the opening sizes youre looking for.
Id also check out UltraFlow welded mufflers. I have a buddy with them who say's they are pretty quiet on his 650rwhp TT car. They are a VERY high flowing muffler.
