Speedometer and odometer quit
I've got a 92 auto with 48k.
Went for a ride today and all the gauges are working fine. I jump on the highway and all's well. Glance at the guages a couple of minutes later and the speedometer reads 0, the odometer shows the milege, but isn't working. The tach, oil, coolant and battery guages all work. After about 20 minutes the SES light comes on.
I'm going to start looking through my FSM, but if anyone can give me some help it would be appreciated.

The FSM is your best bet. If I didn't have one, first two things I would check is for continuity on the two wires from the VSS to the IP, and pull the VSS and make sure the plastic gears aren't damaged.
