do you mean replace or rebuild? i know bilstein will rebuild the FX3 stuff. the HD and z51 are cheap enough that you can just buy new ones. $300 a set if the average cost....which....amaizingly enough is what they cost way back in 2002. the shocks are extremely easy to change yourself with a socket set, couple end wrenches and a floor jack. i have no idea what book time is on a shock change. in reality it's under an hour for an experienced mechanic, what it books at? probably more.
