Default something electrical

ok, 1990 6-speed, no codes

clicking from the dash on the passenger side, stops when the courtesy fuse is pulled. car won't start with the fuse in and dash clicking, but will start when the fuse is pulled. However the car runs like crap, abs light and battery light stays on, dash lights flicker, and it dies or tries to die if you step on the brake pedal.

I've been reading through posts for a few hours, and seems that it may be the ccm or possibly ecm? I'm at somewhat of a loss at this point.

anyone have any insight on the problem?

Thanks,
Purty

Start with a fully charged good battery. Are you saying that the car with not crank as well?

I think there's a fault in the courtesy ckt draining the battery. Battery was so low that the extra load dragged the battery too low to start ... When the fuse is in. Battery is close to dead otherwise.
