Gonna order the 3.08 rear diff from corvette central...anyone have anything bad to say?
I looked at others out there but if someone wants to recommend another company, im all ears..
I also posted a thread called "2 rear end questions" if you also wouldnt mind reading that as well.
Chevrolet never made a 3.08 for your car, it was a 3.07 to be accurate.
We can rebuild your rear or I have a built 3.07 on the shelf that we don't list as for sale. I can make you a good deal on it, give us a call and ask to speak to Justin Abbott.

Just as a followup, Zip did me great. Shipped my old one, 4 days later have the new one sitting here..Looks great...Excellent service Crystal!!!! Thanks again!
Thanks for your business. We build all of our differentials in house, as we always have, so we can turn them around pretty quick: unless there is a nationwide backorder on a ring and pinion or something which doesn't happen too often.
Please call us if you have any questions with the installation.
Still trying to get a solid answer on how much additive goes in with the oil. I planned on using the GM gear oil. I already have 4oz of additive. Is that enough? Or should i run a different brand of oil that already had the additive in it??
Thanks again....And BTW, i know i spelled crystals name wrong...sorry! lol
The diff holds two bottles of GM oil and one small bottle of Posi additive. If the diff still wants to stick in a slow turn you can add another bottle of the additive, but you do not want to add too many of these as it will end up defeating the purpose of having a posi unit.
