It's just above/behind the radio in my '89.....it may differ on your year but I doubt it...I'm sure someone else will chime in to confirm the exact location for your year model.

It may be similar to my '90. Remove the insulator panel under the steering column and the metal knee bolster under the insulator.
As you look up to the left of the column, you should see two relays. Look for the one with the thick yellow and yellow/black wires coming out of the back. That should be it. The relay next to it is for the A/C.
