motor running lean

We just got the motor back in the car after a rebuild and now the motor is running lean. We think that one of the injectors is bad. We took it lose and the tune did not change like it did with the others. #1 injector I thank, would this make the motor run that way ?

What year car do you got there big guy? Checked the fuel pressure yet?

Do the OHM test in Mr FIC's thread - cold, and hot.
