What I do is ,at night, park about 30 ft from a wall or garage door and turn on the lights to see where they point.Around the edges of the head light are 2 screws(phillups) that adjust up and down and L/R positions. I then tweak them where I want a couple of turns and go around the block and repeat.
You do not need a screen just eyeball it. You will know if you get them too high by the people flashing their lights at you. It is not that hard just do it at night and test drive it.
I'll park the 96' 10-15 ft. or so from my garage door and mark where the light shines at then I'll pull the 95' back at the exact same location and adjust to those points.
