It's not hard at all to install. I used a Dremel tool with a large cutoff wheel attached to it to cut through the upper radiator shroud. It makes a nice clean cut. They give you a template of where to cut with it. It's a good idea but alot of guy's complain that the underhood heat warps the air box bad then it won't seal right. I guess i've been a lucky one and it never happened to me.
