cool fan switch
just got a hypertech cool fan switch.about to install on 89 fresh rebuild.Does it go driver side between 1&3 or pass. side 6&8.I believe car has aux. fan opt.. Thanks in advance for any help

You need to replace the OEM aux fan switch with the HyperTech unit; this will bring on the aux fan at the lower temp.
To also bring on the main fan you will need to splice a wire into the Grn wire from the aux fan switch and into the main fan relay (under the MS on the inner fender well) wire.
