Default Thermostat Stuck Open ?
I believe my T.S. is stuck open. This morning it's 75F in S.E. Louisiana ,Temp Gauge read 190F-194F. I notice it's taking longer to warm up as well.Used to be no lower than 200F-206F.My fans do come on at 185F Low, 195F High.

Pull the rad cap when the coolant is cool, start motor and check for circulation in rad. That should shed some light.
