Default Intake to head gaskets

OK, I know I'm going to get yelled at for this one but.... I put the intake on and torqued it. And immediately had to take it back off for reasons we wont talk about. The gaskets look perfect except for a little compression . Can these be reused or do I have to get new ones?

I would get new. just for safety reasons, to much
work to replace again

I'd get new ones, but you could try I suppose. Depends if you want to do it right or cut corners. Gaskets are meant to be compressed once and only once.

Yeah I knew what the answer would be, but you never know sometimes the answer is opposite of what I thought it would be. I just happen to have another set on the shelf......lesson learned.

No, there was a threaded plug in the hole for the oil pressure/sender unit on the back of the block. Like a dummy i did not remove/loosen before I put the intake on. I therefore could not get it loose or a big enough tool on it with the intake in place. When I did remove the intake it took a mighty big crescent wrench to get it loose. Damn red locktite!!!!!!

Did you put a thin layer of black RTV around the water passages and trail some up onto the gaskets from the front & rear lands??
If so get new gaskets; if not why didn't you.
