I don't have a FSM for a '92....my best guess ....the door jam switches are stuck or the BCM (body control module) might have issues.... I'm sure someone will post eventually....hang in there.

Reason: Newbie welcome!
I have the same problem. Still haven't figured it out, so I have the fuse pulled. Mine's a 95 btw.
Mine is 95 copue. Same problem. Yesterday I have tried to locate f..ng delay timer, as its stated from one thread it should be under dash near ECM, no luck. I guess its beacuse I have 95 model and could be somewhere else.
PLease let me know if you find solution.

It was the passenger door switch! The switch must of been malfunctioning. I just HAPPENED upon it, because I had the car parked for about 3 weeks and decided to plug back in the fuse and try to find the problem. To my astonishment they all turned off when I closed the door! Then about a minute or 2 later came back on, so I knew it had to be that door.
I ended up spraying down the switch with silicone and now it works fine!!!
