You have about two weeks to get onto rolling into the throttle at launch; when you get pretty good at it you will be ready to bring her to E-Town, say on the 27th, for some test & tune runs. Your D36 should be quite safe since you're on street tires.
It'll be much easier to launch on the sticky track and you can still use that big engine at WOT for most of the 1/4 mile pass. Once you have a reasonable trap speed and launch weight we can get a pretty good peak CHP number.
BTW, does she get sideways when you drop the hammer at say 30-40mph??
Hey I was going to PM you just now. Looks like weather may break, are you around tomorrow? I have a cable and will download Datamaster we can run some tests.

OK, looks like I can get some video today of the exhaust, and motor running.
Couple comments on the exhaust. It certainly is LOUD, that's for sure.
The resonance in the cabin comes and goes pretty quickly. It's there for a split second around 2200 and gone by 2400 or so.
I think it sounds great, revving up from a start. Ya know, Pat is known for his drag cars and it sounds like the quintessential drag car. Which, I like. THe motor sounds like an old school big block, IMO.
So, by the end of the day, I hope to have some motor noise posted for you. As I come up with more stuff I find out, I'll post it.

Thats funny as EVERY setup i've tried no matter what muffler i get that same resonance at around 2200-2500 rpms. Before and after that its gone. Seems to be the rpm band that happens the most in alot of cars, even some of my friends LT1/LS1 cars
