Relay locations
Hey guys,
Anyone know where the rear window defogger relay and the horn relay are located? The last time the defogger and the horn worked was back in '97!! I think it's time I fix them! I've checked the fuses and wires, so I'm betting that the relays are shot. Any idea? Thanks guys. :)

Should be a small cluster of relays below right side of instrument panel. From left to right they are rear defog. relay, horn relay, fuel pump no.1 relay, dome lamp relay, and fog lamp relay. Hope this helps...

Hey George, If your 86 is like my 85, the horn relay is behind the information center in the center of the dash. If you remove the center dash bezel there are four small bolts holding the information center(idiot lights) in. Remove them and pull out the information center. You will see the horn relay and also a fuse. Check the fuse first. When you open your door does security light flash? Good Luck, Guy
