need help with 1990 horn problem
I am looking for some help with a horn problem on my 1990 c4 . Horn quit working and i need some trouble shooting tips to track the problem . Any thing would be helpful . THANKS

A small list of common items to check:
1 – Fuse.
2 – Horn relay, either check with external voltage on bench and check contacts, replace.
3 – Horn, check with ohm meter or external 12 volts.
4 – Horn contacts in steering wheel, disassemble and give it a visual inspection. Sometimes the switches or contacts fall apart with time.

My horns wouldn't work after awhile either. And it was the connector in the steering column. Was a pain to remove all the junk in there to get to it. I think it cost somewhere between $20 and $30 Pipe
