Door hinge bushings
looking for procedure to replace hinge bushings, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Its been awhile, if I remember right those things are knurled on the outside you just bang them out and bang new ones in....get new pins too.

the ends of the pins look flattened out a bit, you sure you can just bang them out??

sounds like, according to the post, you do thr repair with the door closed

Yes you can do it that way with all the tape I guess. I was just pointing out that the pins needed to be ground or cut.
I just took the pins out and knock the bushing out and popped new ones in and dropped in the new pins....worked for me.
