How I got to this point. I took the plenum and runners off the car to have them polished while painting the car. Well 2 years later I am ready for the car to be put back together. Got it together and now no start. The car ran perfect the day I park it. Was at the track and was running 8.90 in the 1/8 mile. One day I hooked the battery up so I could pop the hatch and for got to unhook it. Well a couple days later I was in the garage and heard my car clicking under the passenger side dash. Know the cars back together no clicking at all
There are 2 fuses for the injector banks labled inj 1 & inj 2. If you have injector pulses at the ends of the injector harness on each bank then you have 12 volts and the fuses are good. The pulse are 12v pulses that are switched (solid state) on and off at various intervals within the ecm. You've pretty much changed or checked everything in you fuel system....your injectors seem to be your culprit. Get with Jon @ FIC.
2 pages in we get more info.
It went from taking apart for paint to it sat for 2 years while painting.
If you have checked for AND have pressure at the fuel rail AND have checked for signal to fire with a noid light AND have it at the injector harness, AND are certain they are not delivering fuel because you know spark is good because you have run it on starter fluid, THEN the fuel that was in your injectors for 2 years has most likely broken down and plugged them.
The whole story and better basic diagnostics would have saved you a ton of time.

Now a list that has been done and what I have done.
Check all fusable links that I could find including the 9 behind the battery. Done 3 times
Put new fuel pump on. Done twice
Put new fuel pump strainer on.
Put new a short hose on the fuel pump on took the Fuel Pump Pulsator off.
Put new fuel filter on.
Put new fuel regulator on.
Ohmed injectors. All good. Done twice
Used a low voltage light to check pulse to injectors. (Lights lites and palsates.) Done 4 times
Pulled the fuel rail and checked to see if injectors sprayed. (NOPE) Done twice
Put new fuses in fuel pump fuse.
put new fuses for the injectors.
Check for fuel pressure. (45lbs) Checke 15 times
Checked the tool box for the Sledge hammer. Just make sure it was ready for some action. LOL

I'm on that same page. I'm going to call about injectors today. But I see your point. I did pull all of them to see that none of them are spraying fuel. Maybe new injectors will do the trick. I hate pouring money in it and it still don't run.
You'd also better check your pickup coil, you can ohm test it, but make sure you wiggle the wires while testing (part of the test) because if your ECM is not getting a signal from the pickup coil...your injectors are not going to fire!

In one of his bazillion posts he said that he checked for pulse at the injector harness with a light and has signal
