Having trouble finding .bin's for my engine
1987 L98 - I've been trying to find them through the moates website but all the file downloads have numbers and I don't know what they apply to (I can see my ECM # but then it just doesn't look right on that file number). How do I know which ones are my engine or better yet what ones apply to the higherpowered injectors that I am about to put in...
I don't want to start from my datalogging while driving because the car isn't running perfect. No codes, But I can tell something isn't perfect (suspect leaky injectors)
Ive been putting a lot of time trying to research tuning and my brain is just being overloaded, so forgive me if I might be overlooking something that seems simple.

Yours is 1227165 ECM ( commomly called a '165 ) using 32E code
Go
Stock Binaries
GMECM Binaries
227165 32 32B 6E 94/
and look at the 32 bins
Thses are stock bins ; not modified
If you have changes to your engine then ,you need to be able to load a suitable bin and adjust the injector figure yourself
