Default [Installation] Line Lock...

Ok, is this how easy it is...
Put fitting on line coming out of Master Cylinder that leads to rear brakes, connect the wiring up and go? (or along those lines)
Also, should I with the TCI or the Hurst Roll Control? Thanks!
Can't wait to start them smoky burnouts!

I believe you will need a double flaring tool for this.

"Double Flaring Tool" you say? I have a BUNCH of "flare" tools at my house, that my dad left me. I'm sure I got somethin in there that will work...

Put fitting on front brake line, bleed system, connect wires to power and switch, smoky burn-out.

Yes, you'll need a double flaring tool as well as a couple of hours. As easy as this job sounds, there is no room under the hood to easily install the solenoid. My 95 has the solenoid mounted on the frame near the drivers footwell. My 93 has the solenoid mounted near the master cylinder.

Make sure it's the front brake line, not the rear you are working on.

I have the Hurst Roll control for both of mine.

You can't go wrong with either of the two Hurst, or TCI.. However as Mojo says not much room to mount the solenoid, I went with the TCI because the solenoid is a lot smaller, & Cateck has made a fitting out of stainless steel line that is strong enough to support the whole deal.
On my 96 I didn't have to mount to solenoid as it is small & light enough to be supported by just the SS break line..

It (TCI) don't have the red light like the Hurst, but I KNOW when its off :) & I've had very good luck with the TCI..

What's the price difference between the TCI and the Hurst? I'm thinking about mounting the switch up on the shifter.

Are you guys having any ABS issues running line locks?

I used the TCI in another car I had and loved it. The only problem is the switch got stuck "ON" one day and the solenoid got red hot, the in-line fuse didn't trip.:( Almost burned my car up!

ABS isn't affected, because when the solenoid is engaged, your foot isn't on the brake pedal anymore, so the car doesn't know you have the front brakes applied.
I think the warning label is there "just in case".

I have a Hurst line lock and it does not affect the ABS system.
