i recenly installed 1:6 roller rockers on my 1990 L98. i did all the mods to the valve covers and with no baffles i went with a standard breather with a baffle and a snout to hook up to the TB. i had to use a larger hose with this set up (5/8). everything to running good other than at mid to hi RPM (5500) i am blowing oil out of my dip stick tube. i am at a loss any thoughts?

You have no vac ; the port on the TB is the supply side of the pcv system. What do you have on the drv side cover?
The pcv vac port is the one on the intake base connected to the drv side valve cover
Be aware that if you run an open breather connected to this port you now have a big air leak as the air into the engine will be UNMETERED
The air from the TB port is metered so the ECM can allow for it in it's calcs.
mine is a MAP car it should just pick up the different density reading if i run a open breather. the TB side (pass side) is connected strait from the valve cover to the TB. correct me if i am wrong but it think thats how it works.

Correct but that is a pcv supply line fed from in front of the butterflies
Put your finger over the hole and see if it has vac ????
Pcv vac is on drv side as stated.
The MAP cars still ran a closed PCV system from the factry.
