Poor idle after header install

Car is a '92. When the motor is cold and I crank it, the car wants to idle at 3 to 400 and I have to give it gas to keep it alive. The car continues to run like this until I turn the motor off. If the engine is warm when I crank it, the car runs great. This only started happening after I installed my headers, removed A.I.R. and EGR. There are no codes other than the emissions codes. I thought maybe the IAC....Thanks for the help.

Maybe rest the ECM.

The loss of EGR is causing it. The EGR is computer controlled and without it, you'll have issues. Either put it back on or have your computer tuned for no EGR.

Thanks, just ordered a new tune from PCM's.
