Your problem is either in the timing or fuel filter, both will cause misfire and lack of power. I would suggest changing the filter first as it's the easiest - unless you're skilled with a timing gun, of course.
Is the "check engine" light on? If not, is it working properly (e.g. bulb not blown) because from what you describe I'd be very surprised if the ECM hasn't thrown some codes. I'd be starting there...

Thank you,Check engine light is not on but I will use my code reader to see if there are any codes. Is it possible that the ecm is bad?
Double checked firing order it's good. Now with the timing mark on 0 deg's should the rotor be pointing right at the #1 post on the dist cap or just a little after it
I suffered a horrible miss for 2 weeks until a senior tech found the problem. An AC delco spark plug was slightly broken. How was it "slightly" broken? The white ceramic part was a bit loose and I could turn it about an 1/8th of an inch in either direction while holding the steel part.
To me, that wasn't broken. I had seen broken spark plugs before and they were in multiple pieces. Even though this stupid plug didn't look broken, it was. That was all that it took to drive me crazy for a couple of weeks.
Double and triple check your wires and plugs and examine them very closely. Good luck!
