Climate Control button lights blinking ?
One of my friends has this problem where the green light on the climate control over the button you push (auto, resurc, floor, defrost) blinks. The problem we are finding is the clutch on the compressor is not engaging. Is this a low/high cut off problem, control head problem ? Help please.

All the lights and the digital display on the climate control blink, randomly. They have since I bought the car 4 years ago, but everything works the way it should.

This could indicate a low freon condition. The compressor can run for a short time but the low pressure cutoff switch will shut it down if the pressure is not there.
