Default Another EFI to carb conversion question

Does anybody make a jig to drill the block to accept a mechanical fuel pump?

The block should already have provisions for a mechanical fuel pump, there is a block off plate over the mechanical fuel pump mount.

Why would you run a mechanical pump? Use the electric pump in the tank and regulate it down to 6 psi for the carb.

This is a 1990 truck motor, going in my 57 Chevy truck parts chaser. The block has the fuel pump boss undrilled ,there is no block off plate. I want to keep things simple and not run the electric fuel pump. I figured there might be a jig avaliable to drill for the fuel pump pushrod and pump mount bolt holes.
