First wet day for awhile, went to turn on the wipers andnothing..
worked fine when last used..faulty switch or wiper motor ,where do I start.Is there a specific fuse for wipers...couldn't locate it in panel..but then eyes arn't like they used to be

Didn't anyone tell you they aren't supposed to be driven in the rain?
Here is a pic of my 93 fuse box diagram, looks like there is a 30 amp fuse on the top row for the wipers.

Thanks Jim,Different style of use box in the 89,I'll re-check again (No fuse box cover to use as indicator) as I thought would be Logical place to start.
Make sure your wipers aren't binding or something's otherwise preventing them from deploying.
During the winter months, I've seen cases where they were frozen to the glass by ice and snow and the fuse blew when the motor experienced an electrical load it couldn't overcome.
