The builder was just going to use V/C breathers but I already had the catch can set up with lines so we just kept it how it was. Steve I haven't run a PVC for some time so I figured why start now. I am not planning on using a vacuum pump. When the motor was on the dyno, it was pulling almost 15lbs vacuum at idle believe it or not

Sorry to be a pest, but same questions again. Just need a quick answer.
Thanks

Just in case I was a bit vague. Do you think the tall valve cover would have cleared the wiper motor without modifying it?

I always forget about the wiper motor.I have 3 of them now .The black cover always breaks. The 434 is one heavy engine.
You should have a good 11 sec motor

Sorry Ultra... I would say that you might be able to fit the tall V/C in there but removing it would prove difficult. Everyone I have ever known that went to a tall V/C had it modified. Therefore, I just did it as a precaution.

Tall will not fit, some mid height covers do though.

These fit...

These would not...(These are clearanced more than typically required)

That V/C below is exactly as much as mine is clearanced. Not sure if mine are "mid height" or not. What is the height on the mid? I miss my Raised letter Chevy valve covers. I may have to get some more
