Default Cold Air Intake

I had the shop that did my shocks and new Mani work fab me up an intake.

I have the non-pop up headlights so there is a tad more room for where the filter is located.

what benefit does that offer over just drawing air from in front of the radiator? Seems to me the straight shot the factory air cleaner gives would be better then that. I am also fairly cetain the stock air cleaner would out flow that cone aircleaner as well.

I have to say, that seems like an awfully long run of tube compared to the stock setup.

If you are interested, if you can scan your car, you can look at the MAP sensor readings at WOT from low rpm vs peak rpm to see if there is a pressure drop. That can give you some idea if the intake is flowing enough.
