code 43 problems

Default code 43 problems
1990 vette with code 43. Have done all the tests listed in the service manual "code 43 diagnostic trouble code tests Chart". Last thing in the flow chart says "replace memcal".

Problem is GM no longer sells this part. Any ideas where I can get one?

Any other diagnostic suggestions would also be appreciated.
