Default SPEC Stage 2+

Just recieved mine today can't wait to get everything all installed. Just need to call and make appointment now.

Is anyone running this stage 2+ with alum. flywheel with zf?? I know it's a little late now that I have it but just curious to hear some stories about the combo.

LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES! I'm pondering this exact setup with a Fidanza Al. flywheel. What kind of flywheel do you have, and what's the weight?

A lot of guys run them for road racing and have nothing but good things to say about them.

How much does the complete setup weigh?

CF member BlackHarleyMan, has a SPEC Stage 2+ in his 96. He bought the Spec steel single mass FW because he thought it would make less noise than the Alum. He dislikes the noise but loves the clutch.

PM him.

I don't know what it weighs but I'll do it within the next couple days. SPEC rep. stated the alum. FW is 13-16 lbs. I think the DM is 32-36lbs.

I worried about the noise a little bit but the car isn't driven that much. Rarely do I take the car to go no where. I go to judged shows, cruises and the dragstrip. Maybe 1000 miles a year.

So as of now I'm gonna install:
SPEC stage 2+ clutch/alum. FW
B&M Ripper shifter
Newmans Car Creations complete rearend with 3.73's (thicker rearend)
DRM camber and trailing arms
HyperTech Coil
New Plugs/Wires
