Default Hardm top switch
I have an 84 coupe. My hard top is damaged. I won an auction for a clear top that was listed for an 84. I got it today and it is for the 89-96. Can I switch all the hardware on my damaged hardtop and put it on my new (newer) cleartop and have it work on my car?

I have seem lots of targa tops on fleabay stating they will fit 84-96 vettes. They are very misinformed and they need to know about it. Get your money back!
