Default Programming o2 open loop?

Hey guys is there any way to program the PCM on my 95 for an open loop type of tune? For example setting on mixture for idle and another for anything other than idle and WOT?

The reason I'm asking is to try and narrow down a problem I'm having as NOT being o2 sensor related. If I can make a setting change in tunercat to disable or bypass the o2 sensors then I'll know if it's an o2 issue.

Thanks.

Raise your closed loop temperature to the max amount so the car never goes into closed loop.

Thanks! I hadn't thought of that. So simple too.
