Tele column loose
Is there any way to tighten the telescopic steering wheel on a C4? Even with the lever at full lock, the wheel can be slid out. Kinda scary when you floor it, the wheel slides towards you, and the horn button lands in your lap as it flies off the wheel....

Remove the Horn Button (it just pops off, but I think you know that). Lever is held on with 2 screws and a ****. Remove all. Reinstall lever and tighten the **** (30 in/lbs is the spec). Move the Lever to the Right until the screw holes align. Install the screws. See if it works.
