I just moved into a new house with my friends and now have a great garage for working on my car! I took advantage of my PTO taking four days off to move and work on my car, it was FANTASTIC!

Heres the garage! Note the mini fridge for beer, and the microwave for food! bathroom, two steps inside, im thinking about just living out here!

Now for the Front DRM Install!

Thats it, your done! Adjust coils to aprox the height you want, then go back and adjust.

Questions? Concerns? Thoughts?

think the swaybar could have been relocated with a plate instead of cutting into the frame?

possibly

When I did the fronts I drilled another hole where I could fish the Bolts in and get them in the new holes that are forward

The other thought is to use Nutserts in the forward holes

You can relocate it multiple ways, i just choose to do it how DRM does it. Its preference.

Nutserts, i dont know if i would feel comfortable using them due to the amount of pressure, tension (or what ever the correct term is) that is placed on them. I dont know much about nutserts so they may be fine.

What rate springs and length did you end up using and what do you think of ride and handleing?

Honestly i don't know, i bought them off of a forum member. They are the ones that come in the DRM kit. Hyper coil or something, not an after market type. I can tell you that the ride is RUFF and STIFF and i LOVE IT. It corners amazing when i really get on it. When you kick out the rear it comes right back when you want it to, a lot more responsive now.

Jan 15 2010

So since the install i have driven it daily, and i can understand why some people say the ride is to stiff for a daily driver! But i LOVE it! It handles amazingly in the corners now, huge difference from stock.

Below are some pics just showing off the ride height and my new rims!

HERE IS A PIC FROM 2 YEARS AGO WHEN I FIRST GOT HER.

NEW PICS!
