ignition lock replacement
On a 1990 corvette, we need to replace the cylinder lock, and we have the steering column panel, steering wheel, lock plate, all that stuff removed but we need to know a few more things.
How do you remove the turn signal arm and assembly?
How is the cylinder lock secured?
How will the new wires attach to the old?

Not sure about your 90, but on the 91 the turnsiginal stalk just pulls straight out, be carful as there are wires attached to it. To remove the cyl. lock (on the 91) there is a threaded locking pin securing it, once removed the lock cyl. just pulls straight out.
