91 Head Gasket, advice please!
Hey guys I have to replace the head gaskets on my 1991 vette conv. do you have any precautionary advice or tips? Im using Felpro headgasket set and was thinking of getting new headbolt set, is that a good idea, Im short on cash as well.

After removing the head clean it up and check for warpage. Clean the block and head exceptionally well....then clean it again. A new head gasket won't help if the head is too warped to seal correctly.

Get the ARP head bolts and torque to thier specs.
Probably need the order from the manual. Don't know if it would be the same for an LT1, those are the only manuals I have.
